Guiding Thoughts

Before watching the modules in this teaching, please reflect on the following questions:

  • You possess intuitive abilities. Everyone does. But how often do you listen to your gut? And when you do listen, how often do you follow its advice? Would you like to cultivate a deeper partnership with your inner voice?
  • You consist of four aspects—the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. With which of these four aspects do you feel most in touch?  With which do you feel the least in touch? Would you like to better integrate and balance all four within yourself?
  • Jill Willard says, “You are what you eat…. What we put in, we become.” How much thought do you give to what you eat and drink each day? Would you like to become a more conscious decision-maker when it comes to what you put into your body?

As you watch the modules in this teaching, actively take notes of any ideas or questions that come to you. You may watch the modules as many times as you like
