Your Weekly Astrology Forecast for February 25–March 3, 2019

The Sun shines in Pisces, the zodiac sign symbolizing vision, beauty, inspiration, spirituality, creativity and compassion.

With the Sun in Pisces, our hearts are full of compassion for those less fortunate. Give a gift of gratitude for your life to someone, or some group, who is experiencing difficulty. Uplift your life by visiting an art gallery, writing a poem or enjoying a music concert. Mercury turns retrograde on March 5, so it’s time to make travel plans and tie up loose ends.

Start Your Week with Energy and Optimism

Monday will be off to a slow and undefined start with the Moon Void of Course in Scorpio all morning until 1:19 p.m. PST. Then the Moon moves into fiery, optimistic Sagittarius, and we’re off to the races, ready to make the most of the week ahead.

Tuesday and Wednesday are energetic, optimistic days, fueled by the fire of the Sagittarius Moon. The Moon-Neptune square on Tuesday may fill us with a desire to set sail for far away shores. This is a good day to dream of possibilities and expansive travel, or travel to other worlds by reading an inspiring book.

Mid-Week is Time to Work Hard

A benefic Sun-Mars sextile on Wednesday gives us strength and confidence. The Moon makes a benefic trine to free-thinking Uranus. These aspects enable us to move toward our goals and experiment with some new ideas.

Thursday and Friday are framed for hard work and resolve. Take the lead on Thursday and put your best foot forward. Take courage from the Mars-Moon trine in Earth signs Taurus and Capricorn.

Friday is an edgy day; a Venus-Uranus square at the anaretic, or last degree, of cardinal signs Aries and Capricorn may result in some unexpected twists and turns. Put your mind to the business at hand and dig in. Make the most of these end-of-the-work-week days that are framed for hard work and accomplishment. Handle obstacles with patience and resolve.

The Weekend is Time for Your Passions

While Saturday morning still calls for responsibility and hard work, the load lightens, and we detach emotionally on Saturday afternoon through Monday. With the Moon in Aquarius, these days highlight friendships, groups and social causes about which we feel passionate. Connect with friends. Donate to a favorite cause or make a move to volunteer for community service you’ve been considering. Venus is now in Aquarius, making us more detached about matters of love and money.

On Sunday, we are goaded by a Mars-Moon square, best used for exercise and movement. Take a hike with a friend. Get moving!
