Astrology Your Weekly Astrology Forecast for November 26–December 3, 2017 Published on November 28, 2017 Article by Cathy Coleman for Bodhi Tree The coming week is euphoric with the building Jupiter-Neptune trine, exact on Saturday, December 2, and the Sun in sunny Sagittarius. Mercury turns retrograde Sunday, December 3, so make travel plans and arrangements early in the week. The Mercury retrograde three-week period is a time for pause and review. Saturn is located at the Galactic Center, 27 degrees of Sagittarius. Saturn’s passage over this black hole enables us to access intuition and high-level insights and solutions. The Week Begins with Gentle Energy Sunday is soft and dreamy. The day glows with inspiration, creativity and happiness. Use this beautiful, expansive energy to make your home merry and bright for the holiday season. Monday is gentle and caring, with the Moon in Pisces conjunct Chiron, the planetary body symbolizing holistic healing. This would be a good day to do something compassionate toward others—or healing for yourself. A Mercury/Saturn conjunction can lead to worry and doubt, yet can also give us focus and determination. Go for the latter! In the evening, lay out your clothes and your plans for work tomorrow, as the Moon will be Void of Course (VoC) early Tuesday morning from 4:09am to 8:30am PST. A Void Moon in Pisces is especially undefined, so we will have trouble getting going in the morning unless we are well prepared. Ramp Up with an Action-Oriented Aries Moon Midweek After the void period for several hours before 8:30 Tuesday morning, the Moon bounces into action-oriented Aries, and makes a benefic trine to the Sagittarius Sun later in the day. This is a good day to get going and wrap up travel plans, arrangements and invitations before Mercury turns retrograde this weekend. Power onward Wednesday with the Moon continuing in Aries, making a powerful square to Pluto. Give this day the works, and make it count! A pre-dawn Moon-Uranus conjunction on Thursday sounds the alarm for a bold, productive day. The Moon is VoC between 10:37am and 12:38pm, so avoid meetings during this time and stick to routine tasks. Our productivity is enhanced by a Moon-Saturn-Mercury trine. At 12:38pm PST, the Moon moves into easy, sensual Taurus. Settle into the afternoon and evening, and please your palate with a delicious dinner. Friday scatter-shoots unsettling energies against the usually calm and easygoing Taurus Moon. Energetic Mars opposes Uranus, pushing us out of our comfort zones. This is also an accident-prone energy, so go slow and be careful, and heed the thunder in your life. The Moon makes benefic aspects to Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto. The Moon goes VoC at 5:53pm PST, so sign off from the work week, relax and enjoy a pleasant evening. A Super Full Moon Wraps Up the Week Saturday and Sunday the Moon is in curious and conversational Gemini. Jupiter trines Neptune exactly, the first of three exact trines (May 25 and August 19 are the second and third). This is a divine, visionary aspect that calls us to the ideal, to release resentments and to move toward compassion and forgiveness. This aspect colors the weekend beautiful. Better yet, this aspect provides a holy umbrella over us through August. Also note that Mercury turns retrograde for three weeks until December 22, calling for a time to review, revise and renew. This week ends and a new week begins with a Full Moon. Neptune squares this Full Moon, both clouding and uplifting issues. This is a Super Full Moon, with the Moon in close proximity to the Earth, magnifying its appearance and emotional intensity. Sunday is not a good day for sorting out what is true; rather, it is a day for considering many options. Sunday also features several other tight, challenging aspects: a T-square with Mars, Uranus/Pallas Athena and Juno; and another square with Saturn/Mercury and Chiron. With these many, tense aspects, this day will be one when issues will need to be addressed. Be prepared to pay to play. The Week in Short Sunday: Beautiful, inspiring day. Make your home merry and bright. Monday: Do something compassionate—or healing for yourself. Tuesday: Get going and wrap up arrangements and travel plans, anticipating Mercury’s coming retrograde motion. Wednesday: Give this day the works and make it count.
