You can remove your name from our email list by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email we send.

How are goods priced?

We place great emphasis on products made with sincere attention to craftsmanship and materials. This means we support a higher cost from our makers, which carries over to the prices you see on the site. Our intention is to pay a fair wage to the artist or maker, as we value their work and are inspired to bring unique, small-batch items to our community. Our retail prices reflect this value and are never artificially inflated.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

 

If I place an order, when will I be charged?

You will be charged at checkout.

 

If something is out of stock, can I still buy it?

Bodhi Tree processes and delivers orders as timely as possible within the limits of available stock. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or permanently unavailable, we will send you an email informing you. You will have the option to modify or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, you will be fully refunded. If you choose to re-order an out-of-stock item, click on the provided link and we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock.

 

Do I need a Bodhi Tree account to place an order?

No, you do not need a Bodhi Tree account to place an order.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please note we may not be able to cancel or change an order online once it has been submitted. Please contact us about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed.

Once an order has been confirmed, it will be processed immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please call customer service or email us. Because we ship promptly, it may not be possible to cancel an order, though your order may be returned.

 

Can I place a gift order?

You may place a gift order. It's necessary to fill out the “ship-to address” and you have the option to add a personalized message. Gift wrap is also available at a cost.

 

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

If an item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please notify Bodhi Tree immediately and we will arrange the return shipping. Contact us.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

All of the options for shipping are visible at checkout process. We use all major carriers–UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. Shipping costs are dependent upon the items ordered and the option you choose.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We all love receiving our online orders as quickly as possible, and we will do everything we can to make that happen for you.

Although we offer expedited shipping options, we encourage you to choose Ship Complete. Ship Complete consolidates multi-item orders into a single shipment. This means less shipping materials and resources (and less waste) are used to get an entire order to you.

However, if you need your order more quickly we offer:

Please note that shipping times are estimated and apply only to deliveries made in the contiguous Unites States. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as your order is completely fulfilled, you’ll receive an email containing your order number and other details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Please note UPS and Fed Ex do not deliver to PO boxes. You may ship to PO Box using USPS, however.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International Shipping rates are all via air, delivery times may vary depending upon the country. There are limitations on delivery within certain areas and countries throughout the world.

 

Where can I find details on my shipping information?

To check the status of your order sign in to your account and visit your order page.

To track your package, use the tracking number sent to you in the confirmation email directly with the provided carrier. If you have any questions, just let us know.

 

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

In order to ship to multiple addresses, you must place two separate orders.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS  & EXCHANGES

What is the Bodhi Tree return policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction and will always handle you with care.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Bodhi Tree will make every effort to find you a perfect replacement or assist with a return. We will accept returned items up to 30 days upon your receipt of delivery. As long as the returned item meets the conditions listed below, we will provide you a store credit in the same amount as the returned item, or a full refund in the manner you paid.

Please note, returns are accepted only if they meet these standards:

Jewelry- All jewelry must be returned with original tags. Any jewelry priced over $100 must be shipped with insurance

Apothecary- All apothecary items must have their original seals intact and packaging must be un-tampered

Apparel-All apparel items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached

Candles and incense- All candles and incense must be in their original packaging and unused/unlit

Books- All books must be in unused, saleable condition

Vintage/Art- All vintage items and art sales are final

 

How do I return an item?

If an item arrives to you damaged or is the wrong item, please notify Bodhi Tree immediately and we will arrange the return shipping. Contact us.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs. Any items returned to us damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

When and how will I be refunded?

All refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval and will be provided to you in the same method as payment.

 

How do I know you have received my return?

As soon as your return item is delivered to us and accepted we will send a confirmation email.
