Filmmaker Evelyne Blau on the Life of Krishnamurti
Author and filmmaker Evelyne Blau came to Bodhi Tree in 1995 to present her book Krishnamurti: 100 Years, a celebration of the life and work of Jiddu Krishnamurti (1895–1986). While Krishnamurti expounded no doctrine, the enduring questions he asks about the quality of life, the source of all human problems, and the nature of the mind have made him into one of the most provocative speakers and authors of the 20th century. In this Bodhi Talk, Blau reads from the book that has been out of print since 2000, though is available used, and is a valuable introduction to the entire Krishnamurti oeuvre.
