Solid-brass round paperclip holder from Japanese metal artisans
This circular, heavy paperclip holder is crafted from 100% solid brass. In addition to serving its intended purpose, this paperclip holder can also be used as a spot to empty pockets of keys and loose change at the end of the day.
Former furniture designer Taku Shinomoto and his wife Keiko opened Tortoise General Store, a shop highlighting exclusively Japanese artistsí designs, in Los Angeles in 2003. Designed by Shinomoto himself, this paperclip holder provides a corral for paperclips or other small items. Manufactured by Japanese metalworker artisans in solid brass, the piece is equally at home on a desk or on an entry table or bedroom dresser, where it can receive small items such as keys or coins.
