New Moons are about new beginnings, which means it’s a powerful time to set intentions to manifest what you want in your life. Here are three simple rituals to help you bring love, abundance and wellness into your life.

1. Send lunar love notes to facilitate love.

Create a sacred space that’s peaceful and uncluttered. Gather paper and pencils or pens. Light a candle and smudge your space with sage or palo santo or diffuse essential oils. Think about a relationship you’d like to manifest, the qualities that your heart desires in a partner. Write down your intention and place a rose quartz crystal—a good choice for strengthening self-love or for manifesting and attracting true love—on the paper. Sit and meditate on your intention.

2. Attract abundance with a vision board.

Cut out images of things you want to manifest, such as cities you’ve always wanted to visit, a remodeled home, your dream job. Glue the images to a piece of cardboard and place it on your altar. Place a candle, objects from nature and crystals on the board. Citrine is a good choice for abundance and prosperity and is considered the abundance stone, helping to manifest a clear direction for prosperity, wealth and good fortune.

3. Burn away what no longer serves your body.

Set out an abalone shell or fireproof bowl and light a candle or smudge stick. Choose a piece of paper and write down what you want to let go of: disease, illness, injury, excess weight. Read your intention out loud and then light the paper with the flame from the candle or smudge. Drop the burning paper into the shell or bowl. Hold the intention that the rising smoke is carrying away the physical ailments that you desire to release.
