The practice of smudging has been used by indigenous peoples for centuries in energy-clearing ceremonies and healing rituals. The smoke is believed to disperse impurities, allowing healing to commence. For our Signature Smudge bundle, we’ve sourced California white sage (Salvia apiana) from a farm where the plants are allowed to reach full maturity and are only harvested in a sustainable way after being established for at least three years. Wrapped with the sage is a stick of palo santo. From the family of frankincense, this fallen holy wood, disinfects the air and has an intoxicating scent that relaxes the mind and body. Lastly, you will find a clear seed crystal, which has been charged to promote healing and wisdom.
